Catalogue images, matched and verified for every SKU
Upload a spreadsheet of products. Studio finds candidate photos, reads the brand, variant and size printed on each pack, and only approves images that match. Anything uncertain goes to a quick review queue.
Hard checks on brand, product, variant and net weight. A 500 g photo is never approved for a 100 g listing.
Every image trimmed, centred and delivered on a square white background, ready for marketplaces and delivery apps.
Clear matches are approved automatically. Close calls show the reason, like "different flavour", so a decision takes seconds.
Barcodes are used first when you have them. Titles and brands are enough for everything else, including local and unbranded goods.
Three steps
- 1Upload your list
CSV or Excel with product title and brand. Barcode, size and a reference link help but aren't required.
- 2Studio searches and checks
Candidates come from barcode databases, brand and retailer pages and image search. Each finalist is checked by AI that must read the pack.
- 3Approve, review, export
Export a CSV with image links or download the images, ready for bulk upload to your store or marketplace.
- Reads text on the pack instead of trusting page titles
- Rejects collages, watermarks, placeholders and back-of-pack shots
- Stronger second check before anything is auto-approved
- Same photo used for two different sizes or flavours is caught and flagged
- Images you reject are never offered again in your workspace
Usually 3–9 credits per product. Products with no match are charged only for the checks that ran, typically 1–3 credits. 1 credit = $0.01. The estimate is shown before you start.

What kind of products does it work for?+
Packaged grocery, spices, snacks, beverages, household, personal care, pharmacy, pet and similar retail goods. Fresh produce and unbranded items are supported with a broader matching mode.
How accurate is it?+
Approval is deliberately strict: when Studio isn't sure, it sends the item to review instead of guessing. Each batch reports how many items were approved, sent to review or had no match, and a sample of approved items can be audited by you.
Who owns the images found online?+
Images found online belong to their owners. Studio prefers manufacturer and retailer product photos intended for listings, and you are responsible for confirming you may use them.
