Terms of Service
Last updated October 14, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SyncKart Studio at studio.synckart.com and its API (the “Service”), operated by Aroka Worldwide LLC (“SyncKart”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and “you” means that company.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate information, including a working email address you control.
- Keep your password and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys.
- One free trial per person or business. Creating extra accounts to get more trial credits is not allowed.
- Tell us promptly at studio@synckart.com if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
2. Plans, credits and payment
- Credits. Jobs use credits from your workspace balance. 1 credit has a list value of US$0.01. An estimate is shown before a job starts and the exact credits used afterwards. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged.
- Free trial. 150 credits, usable for 14 days after sign-up, with batch limits and a watermark on AI-generated images. We may change or end the trial offer for new sign-ups at any time.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Plan credits are added at the start of each billing period. Yearly plans receive the year's credits up front.
- Top-ups are one-off purchases available on paid plans.
- Unused credits stay in your balance while your account is open, including after you cancel a plan. They are forfeited if your account is closed.
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes unless stated. Payments are processed by Stripe. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of price increases for existing subscriptions.
- Changes and cancellation. Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged the prorated difference. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. See the Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
- If a payment fails we may pause paid features until it's resolved.
3. Your content
- “Your Content” means product lists, photos and other material you upload, and the images and data the Service produces for you.
- You keep all rights you have in Your Content. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit it only to provide, secure and support the Service for you.
- We do not use Your Content to train our own or third-party AI models, and we do not sell it.
- You confirm you have the rights needed to upload Your Content, including permission from any person who appears in photos you upload.
4. Generated and found images
- Generated images (for example fashion, food and background outputs) may be used by you for any lawful commercial purpose, subject to the AI Content Policy. Similar outputs may be generated for other users.
- Images found online by catalogue matching belong to their respective owners. The Service prefers manufacturer and retailer product images intended for listings, but we don't grant any rights to them. You are responsible for confirming you may use them for your listings.
- AI checks reduce errors but cannot guarantee every result is correct. Review images before publishing them, especially where size, ingredients or safety information matters.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break it, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
6. Our service
- We work to keep the Service available and accurate and keep improving it, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what you pay for.
- We use third-party providers to run the Service. They are listed in the Privacy Policy.
- API access is subject to fair-use rate limits.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws where you live.
8. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from Your Content or your breach of these Terms or the law, except to the extent caused by us.
9. Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or end your access for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. On closure, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as payment obligations, disclaimers, liability and indemnity) survive.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we'll notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
11. General
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith; contact us and we'll try to resolve any problem informally.
