AI Content Policy

SyncKart Studio uses AI to find, check and create product images. This page explains how that works and what we expect from you, so the images you publish stay accurate and trustworthy.

How we use AI

• Checking images. AI models read the text and details on candidate images and compare them with your product information. A stronger model re-checks images before automatic approval.
• Creating images. Fashion, food and background tools generate or edit images from your photos. Each result is compared with your original and retried when key details drift.
• Your data stays yours. We don't use your uploads or results to train AI models.

Limits you should know

• AI can make mistakes. Our checks reduce errors and flag uncertain results, but they don't guarantee every image is correct.
• Always review images before publishing, especially sizes, ingredients, allergens, safety warnings and anything regulated.
• Models in fashion images are synthetic people generated by AI. They are not real individuals.

Your responsibilities

• Use generated images to show your real product accurately, not to change what customers will receive.
• Label generated food images as illustrative where your sales platform requires real photos. Studio marks generated food images as illustrative.
• Follow the rules of the platforms where you publish, such as marketplaces, delivery apps and ad networks, including any AI-disclosure requirements.
• Don't upload photos of real people without their permission, or try to recreate a real person's likeness.

Free-trial watermark

AI-generated images created on the free trial carry a small “SyncKart Studio · Free trial” badge. Images created on paid plans don't.
