Acceptable Use Policy

SyncKart Studio is for creating honest, high-quality product imagery. To keep it safe and useful for everyone, you must not use it to:

Content

• Create or upload anything illegal, or anything that sexualises minors in any way.
• Create sexually explicit content, or depict real people without their consent.
• Impersonate a person, brand or business, or make counterfeit or look-alike branded products.
• Create hateful, harassing, violent or threatening content.
• Upload content you don't have the right to use, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property.

Honest listings

• Misrepresent a product: for example showing a larger size, different ingredients or features it doesn't have.
• Present generated food or product images as real photographs where a platform or law requires real photos.
• Use images to promote products that are illegal where you sell them.

The service

• Create multiple accounts to get extra free trials or avoid limits.
• Share accounts or API keys outside your organisation, or resell the Service without a written agreement with us.
• Probe, scan or test the security of the Service, or bypass rate limits, without our written permission.
• Overload the Service, scrape it, or use it to build a competing product.

Enforcement

We may remove content, pause jobs, or suspend accounts that break this policy, and report illegal content to the authorities. Where we can, we'll explain what happened and how to fix it. To report misuse, email studio@synckart.com.
